 * Quentin's Greatest Collaborator: Editor Sally Menke (SD; 4:36). After a brief introduction by Tarantino, this is a rather odd assortment of quick cuts (hence the editing, I guess) of cast members greeting editor Menke;
 * The Guys of 'Death Proof' (SD; 8:14) gives a pretty basic overview of the males in the cast;
 * Kurt Russell as Stuntman Mike (SD; 9:32) gives some background on why Tarantino cast Russell and how the character was modeled on some real life weirdos;
 * Finding Quentin's Gals (SD; 21:13) is a somewhat longer form look at the many women in Death Proof, and how the bulk of the roles were actually written with specific actresses in mind;
 * Uncut 'Baby, It's You' by Mary Elizabeth Winstead (SD; B&W; 1:46), is a scene that didn't make it to this theatrical cut of Grindhouse, and only appeared in an abridged version in the standalone release of Death Proof;
