Description:
The Twilight Zone was an American television anthology series created by Rod Serling. Each episode (156 in the original series) is a mixture of self-contained fantasy, science fiction, suspense, or horror, often concluding with a macabre or unexpected twist. A popular and critical success, it introduced many Americans to serious science fiction and abstract ideas through television and also through a wide variety of Twilight Zone literature. The program followed in the tradition of earlier radio programs such as The Weird Circle and X Minus One and the radio work of Serling's hero, dramatist Norman Corwin.

Bonus Episode: "The Time Element" (HD, 55 min.) ? Desi Arnaz of Westinghouse Desilu Playhouse introduces this rarely scene episode of 'The Twilight Zone.' Written by Rod Serling this episode was meant to be the original pilot to the show. It's about a man who finds himself having a dream that he's travelling back in time getting closer and closer to the fateful date of December 6, 1941. This is a great feature for this set as it gives fans an episode they may have not seen yet.
